Duke University Libraries seeks HR Director

As Director of Library Human Resources:

You will champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in your leadership and support of DUL staff throughout the employment lifecycle. This includes being a thought partner in recruitment of positions and search processes. You will build relationships with staff across the organization to support the employee experience. The Director will also cultivate good collaborative partnerships with central HR and colleagues in the Provost Area Management Center.

You will thrive in this role with these skills and abilities: Functional expertise: At least five years of management and/or supervisory experience.
