ASERL Associate Dean / AUL Networking Group

Created in 2021, ASERL brings together people serving in Associate Dean and Associate University Librarian roles to foster conversations and relationships among this large group of library administrators.  Discussion topics cover a wide range of issues — some are domain specific, but most are of interest to leaders with many different areas of responsibility in their portfolios.  These sessions are not recorded and minimal notes are taken to reduce barriers to open and candid conversations.

The group is convened by a small leadership group — see below — and supported by ASERL staff.  Questions about this group or ideas for future discussions can be submitted to John Burger.
