“Liaison Roles in Open Access and Data Management: Equal Parts Inspiration and Perspiration”
ASERL’s 2013 Summertime Summit, “Liaison Roles in Open Access and Data Management: Equal Parts Inspiration and Perspiration,” will take place in the Klaus Computing Center at Georgia Tech on August 6th. We have assembled a great line-up of speakers and activities! Please see the agenda at http://bit.ly/12E7xDo.
We will provide a webcast of the opening and closing keynote sessions for people who cannot attend the Summit in person. More info to come via our email listservs.
COST: This event operates on a break-even basis; the maximum registration fee for each attendee will be $135 (includes food service during the event), but the final cost may be less. Attendees will be billed soon after the event on August 6th.
For those who would like an update/refresher on the basic principles of Open Access and Data Management, we are offering “Introduction to Open Access” and “Data Management 101” webinars before the Summit. Anyone can participate in these webinars — registration for the Summit is not required.
